I can ensure I always consider each case individually and never impose prices in advance. Moreover, I keep telling my clients that quotation is always open and can be adjusted "on the go", so that prevents from overcharging.

Hourly rates:

Standard rate: £25 per hour (labour only)

First hour on site: £45 (call-out fee, minimum 1 hour per visit)

Additional time is charged in 30‑minute increments at standard rate.
Day rates ("fixed prices"):

Full day (up to 8 hours on site): £180–£220 (labour only)

Half day (up to 4 hours on site): £100–£120 (labour only).
