Hire The Handyman by the hour and we’ll work through your to-do list together. Simply book a block of time and decide on priorities as we go. Ideal for busy homeowners, landlords and tenants (before/after a move). Flexible handyman time – use it for any mix of repairs, fittings or small improvements around your home. Plans can change on the day, just tell us what matters most first. Instead of booking several trades and paying multiple call‑out fees, you get one trusted person who can handle most things in a single visit. 

Handyman visit – mixed small jobs:

• First hour on site: £45 (includes local travel up to 3 miles from Waterlooville)

• Each additional hour: £25 per hour

Flat Pack Assembly
Quick and reliable assembly of flat pack furniture from IKEA, Argos, and other major brands. The Handyman ensures sturdy, level installation so you can enjoy your new furniture without the hassle.

• Bedside cabinet or small shelf: 15-30 mins - £20

• Chest of drawers (2-3 drawers): 30-60 mins - £25-£40

• Single/double bed frame: 45-60 mins - £30-£50

• Standard 2-door wardrobe: 1-2 hours - £50-£80

• Sliding door wardrobe or bunk bed:  2-4 hours - £80-£150

• TV unit or desk:  1-2 hours - £40-£60

• Dining table + 4 chairs:  1 hour - £40

• Large bookcase or sofa:  1-2 hours - £40-£70

• TV 40-55" or slim mirror: 60-90 mins - £60-£90

Basin or sink waste unblocking: 30-60 mins - £35-£60

Cistern fill/overflow adjustment: 30-50 mins - £30-£50

Shower head or hose replacement: 20-45 mins - £25-£45

Toilet flush mechanism repair: 45-75 mins - £40-£70

Leak stoppage (under sink/basin): 30-60 mins - £35-£65

Multiple minor fixes (up to 3): 1-2 hours - £70-£120
