My recent jobs and projects

Wickham, Hampshire:
Leakage detection. The estate agent has asked to check, inspect and detect the leakage at bathroom.
Base of the shower. Wooden trims were soaked with water due to missing seals on wall and old shower base sealants.

After inspection. Once the job has been done, everything came back as it was + new silicone and sealants have been applied.
The customer also asked to remove front door and re-construct the wall with all associated works. Two layers of plaster has been done. Then after all new paint has been applied and the floor has been fixed with given old panels, matching the floor as a whole.
Petersfield, Hampshire:
Home upgrade. Old windows has been replaced with the new Velux system. After successful installation, new wooden trims have been applied, with a layer of varnish.
---
Old gate restoration. Prior to painting many gaps have been filled and a layer of undercoat has been applied for a long lasting protection.
---
Old cottage. Inside renovation. Before and after.
Furnitures renovation
Portsmouth, Hampshire:
Old silicons are tending to build up with mold and loosing their adhesion. Scheduled maintenance can prevent from future leakages.
Old silicone also doesn't look "nice" and can make you feel uncomfortable.
And mold, of course, is not good for your health at all.
Once the old silicone has been removed, new silicone has been applied.
Lack of proper finish between skirting and floor may lead to dirt accommodation and it doesn't look "nice" neither professional.

East Meon, Hampshire:
Re-constructing patio after fish tank. The customer decided to have a new steps leading to the center of the garden. New design needed a bit of landscaping, of course. In other part of patio there were gaps lacking of tiles. Not a problem. The gaps have been filled with old slabs. A bit of mosaic has been brought to the garden then. New esthetic finish in the garden became visible. Not perfect, but made a difference. No more fish tank hole. New steps. And a happy customer.
